The Girl Scouts in Hattiesburg hosted a Girl Scout walking event, for Let's Go Walking Mississippi," on the Longleaf Trace from the Gateway to the I-59 Overpass on Saturday, September 8, 2007. Over 500 Girl Scouts and their families attended. All Girl Scouts who participated and completed all requirements earned patches/badges. For more information contact Susan Yarrow at 601.582.1455.
